Is the Dasavatharam Movie release delayed? When the Madras High Court dismissed the petition seeking a ban on Dasavatharam everyone showed a sigh of relief. But shocking news is that the petitioner has now stepped into the Supreme Court. It seems that the Petitioners Swamy Govind Ramanujar and Bakthavasalam.R have appealed to the Supreme Court to ban the film and delete all the scenes that could hurt the sentiments of millions of Vaishanvites. The petitioners also complained that the film will have strong religious implication as it contained scenes that show the breach between the Saivites and Vaishnavites. It has also been stated in the petition that Dasavatharam will have harmful impact on society, bringing law and order problems. Will this new turn of events impinge Dasavatharam’s release? This is the question in everyone's mind now. Let’s hope that the movie releases on June 13th.
